Tornado Hits Colorado Church of the Ascension (May 2008)

On May 22 the Church of the Ascension in Windsor, Colorado, suffered some damage from a tornado. Fr. Jeffrey Smith and two parishioners were working inside the church remodeling the sanctuary when the church was struck by the edge of a tornado. Thankfully no one was injured and there was no structural damage to the church. Read more.
